Every film brand quotes a rejection number. Rejection alone traps energy in the glass, which then radiates back into the cabin. Bellfort's C.H.A.M.P series is built around three behaviours working together — which is why a Bellfort-tinted car keeps cooling down after you close the door.

Safety & security grades
When glass breaks, it should stay put
Bellfort safety and security film bonds to the inside face of the glass and holds the fragments together on impact. A smash-and-grab takes longer, gets louder, and usually gets abandoned. In a collision or a storm, the glass stays in the frame instead of entering the cabin.

Questions worth asking any tinter
Sunlight arrives as ultraviolet, visible light and infrared. Most of the heat you feel is
infrared. A spectrally selective film treats each part of the spectrum differently: it
rejects infrared and ultraviolet while letting visible light through. That is how the glass
gets cooler without getting darker.
No. Darkness controls visible light, not heat. A cheap dark dyed film can reject less
infrared than a lighter hybrid or ceramic film. Compare infrared rejection and total solar
energy rejected — not shade.
No. Bellfort C.H.A.M.P films use a non-metallic hybrid and ceramic construction, so they do
not block radio frequency. GPS, toll tags, keyless entry and mobile reception are unaffected.
Up to 10 years from the installation date, provided the film is maintained per the Window
Care Instructions. It covers cracking, crazing, peeling, blistering, delamination and
discolouration. Read the warranty terms.
Leave the windows up for three to five days while the mounting adhesive cures. Slight haze
or small water pockets during this period are normal and clear on their own. After curing,
clean with a soft cloth and a non-ammonia cleaner.
